It is our ambition to provide the best possible information and counselling service for our students. Our student counsellors are available for our students at the Student Information Centre.

Our student counsellors will help you with questions concerning your studies and being a student:
- General information on programmes and studies
- Help and guidance to make the right priorities
- Information on admission, registration and applications
- Information on university rules and regulations
- Other enquiries related to your studies
Where and when?
If you wish to schedule an appointment with a student advisor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, you can book this directly in our
A reminder will be sent one day before the scheduled appointment, and you can cancel or change the appointment directly in the calendar.
You will meet the student advisor on the 3rd floor of the SV building (Fosswinckelsgate 6), with the following exceptions:
Guidance in journalism, TV production, and media and interaction design: Media City Bergen is located at Lars Hilles gate 30.
