Access to the Department of Biomedicine

The department has many laboratories and areas where access is restricted. We need to ensure a safe and secure working environment, therefore anyone who enters there areas must be aware of regulations regarding health, safety, environment, and evacuation routines. Access can only occur after agreement with the department.

Access will be granted on an individual basis. In order to allow for quick processing, and we ask you to do the following:

1. Fill out the attached form as completely as possible
2. Get a signature from your contact person at IBM 
3. Deliver the form together with a copy of your employment/master contract or agreement of supervision in the mailbox, 6th floor, BB-building, outside room 6A107A, Jonas Lies vei 91
