AssistMe: Web-based System Data Mining System for Thoracic Surgery
The system was developed to provide a platform for data mining and to support the medical team work. Data mining is based on the descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, and Case Based Reasoning (CBR).
Main content
A dynamic report generation concerns patient's morbidity, mortality, and co-morbidity. Information is visualized in the chart way and can be also observed in tabular form. User interaction is also supported by the system in order to get personalised reports, report disease related quality of life and to obtain clinical and patient information.
