Workshop on modeling of flow in live tissue

Fluid flow in live tissue is of both medical, biological and mathematical interest. Within the medical and biological research community we see an increased focus on estimation of flow related parameters, particularly in connection to dynamic imaging biomarkers.

Main content

Improvements in models and data acquisition will enable detailed and accurate quantification of tissue specific parameters such as perfusion in tumors and other tissues as well as flow or filtration in liver, kidneys, prostate, brain etc.

Organizers: CMR, IRIS, MedViz, UiB Dep. of Mathematics.
