Research oriented teaching

In 2014 Ruth was awared nearly 60,000 Euros over two years from the Gutenberg Lehrkolleg for research oriented teaching. This money was used to train the pharmacy students in the basics of structure-based drug design in the last two years of their studies. For this purpose, we made heavily use of a new 3D projector to better illustrate the examples. We also developped an optional pratical course related to his topic. Disccusions are currently on the way on how to implement this inovation also in the Pharmacy Degree course in Bergen.
