Progress reporting

The doctoral candidate and main supervisor must submit separate written reports annually outlining the progress of the doctoral education.

Main content

The candidate and the main supervisor are duty-bound to follow up factors which may delay or hinder completion of the doctoral education so that it, as far as possible, can be completed within the standard length of time.

Failing to submit progress reports, or submitting unsatisfactory progress reports, may lead to expulsion from the doctoral education for the rest of the period of the contract.

The reporting is carried out via a web-based survey. All candidates and main supervisors will receive an e-mail with the link to a dedicated form. The deadline for completing the progress report is 1 November.
