Norheim will support all workstreams and co-lead the Rationing Lab. Rørtveit will support all workstreams and co-lead Equity Impact Studies.

Norheim will lead the new Centre of Excellence in the first five-year period, Rørtveit in the second – and they will devote at least 80% of their time to the Centre.
