Want to be an exchange student in Brazil in 2025?

FURG and UiB have entered into a bilateral student exchange agreement. As part of the project, students from UiB will spend a semester at FURG in the spring semester of 2024 and 2025, and students from FURG will spend a semester at UiB in the fall of 2024 and 2025.

The students will also be invited to take part in ENMARINE project activities. Project leader at UiB, Iselin Åsedotter Strønen, will also visit FURG and participate in teaching activities with the Norwegian students.

Want to apply? The application date for travelling to Brazil in 2024 is now closed, but if you want to go in 2025, the application deadline is September 1, 2024.

You need to have a basic level of Spanish and Portuguese beforehand, but a Portuguese course will be offered before the semester begins. Have a look at the details of the exchange program at https://www.uib.no/utvekslingsavtale/1369.
