User Support

You might find the answers you are looking for in the knowledge base on UiBhjelp. It is available in the self-service portal (login required) and in the operator section (operator login required). Procedures can be found at dok.app.uib.no.

Managers can order access for their employees using a dedicated form.

For other inquiries (questions about case management, ePhorte/Elements, historical archives), you can contact us:

• Via UiBhjelp: Please do not provide confidential information.
• By phone: Call 55 58 39 39. The phone line is open from 09:00 to 14:30 with a break from 11:45 to 12:30 (Wednesdays break from 11:45 to 13:30).
• Via chat: Use the chat for simple requests that can be resolved immediately, such as reopening a case or deleting a journal entry. The chat is available at dok.app.uib.no, or you can click on this link.
