Arne Skodvin Kristoffersen is the leading the project EcoSens (2020-2024). This project is funded by the Norwegian Research Council (Young Researcher Talents programme), and is focused on accurate optical measurements in optically complex waters. Algae blooms and glacial meltwater are two examples, and EcoSens aims to use in situ data in models to improve satellite remote sensing of these waters.
