Lead by Prof. Jarle Rørvik, Section for Radiology at University of Bergen launched web lectures as early as 2002. This inspired Martin Biermann, when he became Assoc. Prof. in 2006, to do the same for nuclear medicine. Both lectures shown above are representative of that era in web-based teaching. (Both presentations originally allowed interactive navigation, but had to be ported to movie format due to the demise of Macromedia/Adobe Flash™.)
