University of Bergen welcomes you to UiB Staff Mobility Week 2024 (SMW-24)!
The SMW-24 will take place in week 25: From June 17. to June 21.
The application deadline is passed, and we are full!
In 2024 we have four thematic tracks:
AI in research management
Creating a culture for an innovative administration
Educational Development
Universal design of the learning environment
Nobel Laureate Jon Fosse During the week we also want to acknowledge author Jon Fosse, who was awarded the Nobel prize in Literature for 2023. He is an alumnus and honorary doctor at the University of Bergen, and we are very happy and proud of his achievements.
UiB is part of the European University Alliance CHARM-EU along with the University of Barcelona, Trinity College Dublin, Utrecht University, University of Montpellier, Eötvös Loránd University Budapest, Åbo Akademi University, Julius-Maximilians University Würzburg and Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences. We hope to see many participants from CHARM-EU universities at UiB during the Staff Mobility Week!
We aim to get at least two participants from each of our partner universities to join SMW-24, provided they have experience and an interest in this years´s themes.
