Deadlines for Sending Christmas Mail 2025
If you're planning to send Christmas gifts abroad, it's a good idea to check the deadlines. For domestic Christmas mail within Norway, it is recommended to send by December 17. From that date, delivery times for parcels may increase by 1 to 2 days.
To ensure your Christmas letters and parcels arrive before Christmas, we recommend sending them by the dates specified for each country.

Express shipments abroad with DHL have the following deadlines:
- EU: December 19
- Rest of the world: December 18
About the post services at UiB
TPS handles internal and external post at UiB. Including parcels and certified mail.
The post are sent and picked up at your unit's mail reception.
NOTE: The maximum weight is 25 kilograms. Parcels that weigh more than this will not be collected.
