Our aim is to help you thrive, feel motivated, and enjoy your work—both professionally and personally.

Why does it matter?

  • Increases job satisfaction and motivation

  • Supports better health and prevents injury

  • Helps you connect with colleagues

  • Strengthens your sense of community

  • Makes it easier for new employees to settle in and feel welcome

You’re welcome to help shape future welfare initiatives through the Welfare Committee. Reach out via HR in UiB-help.
