Apartment wanted from August for family

I am a PhD at the department of mathematics and my partner is working part-time while trying to get established here in Norway and find a job within her field (sustainability). We also have two kids (16 and 18) who are attending videregående at the moment.

We are initially looking for a one year contract, but could be interested in extending if suitable. You would get calm and responsible tenants that don't smoke. Most of the time we are out of the house, working or "på tur". If there is a garden, you can be sure that we will take good care of it!

Both of us are previous homeowners, but can get references from work if required. The ideal would be a medium sized apartment or little house with 3 bedrooms, but we are adaptable so let us know if you have something that could work.
