The section for working environment and organizational development is divided into three teams:
- HSE and preparedness
The team is responsible for systems related to HSE and Emergency Preparedness, and offers training and courses. We also serve as advisors to the units in their mandatory and systematic HSE and emergency preparedness work. The team coordinates various local roles related to HSE and emergency preparedness, such as HSE-coordinators and similar roles. Career and competence
The team is responsible for UiB Ferd, apprenticeship scheme, e-learning support, employee exchange week, the HR school, competence mapping as a work area as well as competence measures for various target groups. In addition, the team processes applications for training fundsOrganizational development
The team offers tailor-made schemes, advice and support for management and organizational development. We also assist in major change and restructuring processes in the organisation.
