Internal Sars Seminar moderating schedule

2 weeks before the talk:

• The presenter can get in touch with the scheduled student/postdoc who will be moderating and offering feedback and the group leader who will be offering feedback (or also moderating if there’s no student/postdoc).
• The presenter can inform the communications team if the seminar needs to be changed to Sars-only or Live-only (as opposed to hybrid live/zoom, which is the norm)

1 week before the talk:

• The presenter sends a title and a scientific image/photo/figure for announcement on the screens to Marion Lebouvier.

30 min before the talk:

• At 1.30 pm on the day of the talk, the presenter, the moderator, and Marion meet up in the seminar room to set up the presentation, microphones, and zoom (if approved).

If you need to change your scheduled seminar date:

• Please get in touch with your scheduled moderator/feedback team and Tim or the communications team to reshuffle.
