Rokkan symposium 2026
This year's Rokkan symposium will analyse today's threats against democracy and our democracies' resistance to external and internal threats. This year's Rokkan Memorial Lecturer Steven Levitsky will start the symposium with a presentation on democratic resilience among the Third Wave democracies. Following professor Levitsky colleagues at the Deparatment of Comparative Politics will present on different challenges and opportunities that our democracies face.
