Applying and participating

The application deadline for SMW‑26 was 31 January 2026, and we received more than 220 applications.

Everyone who was offered a place should now have received a notification, and those we sadly could not accommodate should also have been informed.If you have not heard from us, we are truly sorry — but it is, unfortunately, too late to be allocated a place this year. If you did not apply, it is also too late to do so now.

We are fully booked for SMW‑26, but we would be very happy to receive an application from you in a future year.
