REACH ETHIOPIA is a non-governmental organization in Ethiopia whose main objective is to increase the identification of TB cases and to improve TB treatment among vulnerable and high risk populations through using close to community approaches in the Southern Region of the country.

Daniel Gemechu Datiko completed his PhD at the University of Bergen in 2011. He did his PhD on active case-finding of tuberculosis. After he completed his PhD he continued working on the same topic, and now his team has been awarded with this international recognition.
