Planning and data management plan
A data management plan (DMP) describes what research data you plan to collect or generate, and how you plan to describe, store, and preserve the research data during and after the project.

All projects led by UiB must have a data management plan. The purpose of the data management plan is to plan how you will secure the research data, both during the project and for future use.
We recommend research-data.no as a source of information for data management planning. You will find guiding questions that will help uncover needs and challenges during the planning of a project, in addition to an overview of subject-specific resources and infrastructures, among other things.
