Tip

How to write in the pdf document

If you want to type in the document, do the following: Open the document on your browser via the link. Save the document to your own computer. Then open the document again and select the "Fill and Sign" feature. Double-click where you want to create text fields. When finished, you can print and/or save the document with your own text included. You must have the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader application installed in order to use the "Fill and Sign" feature.
