Visiting Scholar at SCANCOR 2011 - Deadline 1.April
Scandinavian Consortium for Organizational Research (SCANCOR) at Stanford has since 1987 been an important resource for Norwegian and Scandinavian organization researchers. The Center was established as a result of a collaboration between Jim March and Johan P. Olsen. Today it is led by Professor Walter Powell, one of the world's leading organization researchers.

SCANCOR offers opportunities for longer and shorter visiting stays and have a limited number of office spaces available for visiting researchers. The center is a unique resource that should be used frequently by Norwegian researchers. In addition to opportunities for permanent office space, it is arranged permanent research seminars at the center where it is expected that visiting researchers participate actively. Guest researchers also have opportunities to take advantage of the abundant supply of seminars, lectures and opportunities for contacts with leading organizational and political scientists at Stanford. Applications from doctoral students and established researchers are welcomed.
Deadline 1: April 2010 for stays January - May 2011
Deadline 2: September 2010 for stays June-August 2011
Deadline 3: December 2010 for stays September-December 2011
