Prof. Anne Canteaut is one of the world’s leading cryptologists and a new honorary doctor at the University of Bergen. She is a research director at the Inria Paris Research Center (Paris Department of the National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation) where she also holds a senior research position as chair of the SECRET research group.

The Honorary Degree Awards Ceremony

Formal ceremony for the new honorary doctors. The event is free and open for all, but registration is needed.

Talk: "Cryptanalysis – a never-ending story"

16.10.2019 - VilVite Auditorium, 10.15-11.15

Open talk in english, aimed at everyone interested in STEM.

Gjesteforelesning: “Lightweight cryptography - when cryptography meets mathematics”

17.10.2019 – Datablokken, Large auditorium, 14:15-15:00

Open talk in english, aimed at student and scientists in the fields of informatics and mathematics.
