Relavent Rules and Regulations
The supplementary regulations for degree studies at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, which supplement the University of Bergen overarching regulations and guidelines can be found here:
Master´s agreements must be completed by all new master´s students, and signed by the student supervisor before being submitted to the department (steering committee) for approval.

Assessing Master´s Theses
For studenter tatt opp på masterprogram høst 2012 eller senere gjelder nye karakterbeskrivelser.
For students admitted to master´s programs in the autumn of 2012 or later, the assessment policies for subjects in the Math and Natural Sciences Faculty have been changed.

Send requests by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (include your full name, user name, supervisor´s name and your study program).

Support for Conferences
As a master student, you can apply for financial support to travel to professionally relevant conferences.

When you have finished your master´s degree and have passed the oral exam, you will automatically receive your certificate to the address provided on the Studentweb. You will receive your diploma about eight weeks after the oral exam. Remember to update your address on the Studentweb if you move!
