The new EU Policy regarding the renewable energy sources in the context of the Winter Package and its influence on the internal member state law

At the end of 2016 the EU has published a draft of documents called "Winter Package". The main goal of Winter Package is to create an Energy Union. It is associated with new opportunities and threats for the EU and its Member States. The purpose of the lecture is to show the legal bases for the new EU policy in regard to renewable energy sources.
