Semester start at the Faculty of Law
We are so pleased to welcome more than 120 new exchange students to the Faculty of Law this spring. Below you will find more information about the semester start at the Faculty.

On Wednesday 7th January, UiB will host a welcome meeting for all the new international students arriving for the spring semester. More information about this will be available soon. The following day, the Faculty of Law will hold an information meeting for the new law students. In this meeting we will tell you more about what you may expect from (and what we expect of you in) the upcoming semester at the faculty.
Time: Thursday 8th January at 10.15pm - approx. 12pm

Please note that the start of your lectures will depend on which courses you have chosen, as the courses all have different start dates. The official schedules will be available in the online course descriptions on 1st December, as will most of the dates for the final school exams. Most courses will start teaching during week 4 (commencing 19th January) with a few exceptions (JUS2307 and JUS2308 in week 3 and JUS2320 Friday week 2). All bachelor courses except for JUS2320 have mandatory attendance, so please make sure that you arrive in time for your classes.
