Abstract

Around 40 years ago there was a serial killer in the USA that became known as the Zodiac killer.  The murderer sent letters to newspapers  and the police, and some of them contained ciphers.  Only one of them  has been solved.  In this talk we'll enter the Zodiac killer case,  and look for a strategy for deciphering one of the unsolved ciphers.
