Jøri Gytre Horverak (PhD)

Jøri Gytre Horverak completed her PhD at the Faculty of Psychology in September, 2012. Her PhD project focused on Norwegian managers’ evaluation of job applicants. 

She earned her Cand. Psychol. at the University of Bergen, 2001. For six years she worked in the field of leadership- and organizational development at AFF, by the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). At AFF, a special field of interest was motivation, working environment and HMS.
