Target group: Ph.d. candidates, early-career researchers, scientific staff

Aim and content: A good publishing strategy can increase the findability, accessibility and visibility of your work. In this course, we provide guidance about various choices during the publishing process and post-publication.

Outcomes:

Knowledge about how the choices you can take as a researcher can affect the findability, accessibility and visibility of your work, including: 

  • choice of publishing channel
  • use of terminology
  • sharing of data/code
  • using academic profiles

Skills:

  • can critically assess your own publishing strategy
