Change of guidelines for eye examination and acquisition of computer glasses

The guidelines ensure that employees at the University of Bergen (UiB) entitled eye examination and computer glasses receive this. They also describe how you should proceed when needing an eye examination and when purchasing computer glasses in order to get costs refunded.

From 01.02.2019 you can send the form ”Eye examination and computer glasses” and the receipt directly to your own unit, and not to the HSE-section as earlier. This will provide easier case processing and faster reimbursement of expenses.
