What information can be obtained from placing turkey bones on a seabed? In what way can special enzymes be used to turn waste into valuable resources? These are questions which Antonio Garcia-Moyano, senior scientist at Norwegian Research Center (NORCE), Department of Biotechnology, will try to answer.
