Welcome to the University of Bergen's Program for University Pedagogy (UPED)

We are UiB’s unit for training, research and developing in learning and teaching. We are housed within the Institute for Pedagogy (Department of Education) in the Faculty of Psychology.

We are involved in several core activities:

• We offer consultation and guidance on pedagogy for central administration, all faculties and for individuals.

• We conduct research on teaching and learning both individually and collaboratively with academic staff across UiB.

• We are curious and critical about pedagogy and value our dialogue with our teaching peers throughout UiB.
