Operational phase
Once a project has received funding, there are several things that the responsible scientist needs to be aware of.
Main content
The operational phase of a project will, where relevant, be initiated with an administrative kick-off meeting organized by the department's Research Section.
Participants will include the department’s principal investigator and administrative staff from both the department and the faculty. The purpose of the meeting is to review the overall implementation plan and ensure effective project management. Key topics will include:
- legal issues (contract, collaboration agreement etc.)
- financial management
- human resource management
- available support and resources for scientific management (e.g., regarding Data Management Plan, Open Science, RRI etc.)
Following the kick-off, the operational phase will be managed by the department’s principal investigator in collaboration with designated administrative support staff at the department and faculty.
