Last autumn, CET affiliates were invited to participate in a pilot study using the CET Carbon Tracker to register CO2 emissions from their own travels and meeting that they organize. The data from the pilot study has now been collected and analyzed.

CET is proud to announce its partnership in the newly established Norwegian centre for sustainable climate adaption (NorAdapt). The centre officially opened on the 7th of December and will assist society in tackling climate change.
Hordaland County Municipality, Skyss and Bergen Municipality recently secured 12.5 million NOK to "MUST – mobility laboratory for the development of smart transport solutions". CET will play a central role in the realization and of this project.

In July 2018, the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) at the UN headquarters in New York will review global progress on Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDG7). Over the past few months, CET has been among 50 organisations internationally that have provided inputs to this process, creating a set of policy briefs related to SDG7 and its interlinkages with other SDGs.
For the first call for CET Accelerator proposals, 5 applications were received, of which 3 were granted funding.
