Main content

Climate research and education at the University of Bergen (UiB) has roots back to 1917, when Vilhelm Bjerknes founded the Bergen school of Meteorology at the newly made Geophysical Institute. Todays efforts are anchored at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, but climate and energy research is increasingly an interdisciplinary event – across all UiB faculties.

The list is constantly updated.
