Applying for final approval of your training component
Six months before the planned defense the PhD candidate must apply for approval of the training component to the department's Board of Doctoral education.

Contact the PhD coordinator in order to get the template for the application.
The training components must be completed before you submit the application. Contact the PhD coordinator if you have not completed all parts of the training components. The application must be dated and signed by the candidate and principal supervisor. Submit the application to your PhD coordinator.
