Emergency notification procedures and emergency preparedness
If there is a risk to life, health or safety, you must always first notify the emergency services. Then call the Security centre at UiB.

If there is a risk to life, health or safety, call the emergency services:
- FIRE BRIGADE: 110
- POLICE: 112
- AMBULANCE: 113
Notify them about:
- Who you are
- What has happened
- Where you are
- The extent of the damage or injury
Then call: UiB's security centre: +47 55 58 80 81.
In an emergency situation
- Stay informed by visiting the News pages or Employee pages for updated information.
- If you have a role in the emergency work, you will be summoned in accordance with the applicable emergency preparedness plan.
