Each spring, the Center for Women's and Gender Research (SKOK) organizes a master relay for master students with a gender perspective - empirical or theoretic - in their thesis. Master students from all fields of study and departments at UiB are welcome to participate.

The master relay is a one-day event where everyone gets 15 minutes to present their projects. An additional 15 minutes is spent discussing the project, with a particular focus on the gender perspective. The candidates will get feedback from both staff at SKOK and their peers.

The idea behind the master relay is to create a multidisciplinary arena for students and researchers at UiB. Participants are able to develop useful connections, and get feedback from scholars other than their counselor. It can also be inspiring to discover what other students are working on.

Registration deadline: Thursday 7 March. The relay takes place in SKOK's meeting room in Parkveien 9 (right next to the Student Centre).

Feel free to share the event with any master student you know that could be interested!
