Self service Portal

All employees use the self-service portal and the DFØ app to register time, travel expenses, expense reimbursement, application for leave of absence, extra tax deduction, holiday requests and transfer of holiday days.

You can use the self-service portal as:

Mobile app

Download the ‘DFØ self-service’ app from the AppStore or Google Play for your mobile.
Here you will find help and instructions on how to use the DFØ app
For english version, change language under settings.

Web solution

You can find the entrance to the self-service portal here.
Here you will find help and instructions on how to use the self-service portal .
NB! The self-service portal can be accessed in the Safari, Edge and Chrome browsers.

Travel expenses account

It is easy to record your travel expenses in the app or self-service portal.

The DFØ App

The DFØ app is the mobile version of the self-service portal and is very easy to use.

Time and absence

Working hours and absence, such as sick leave and holiday must be registered on a continuous basis in the self-service portal or app.

Payme

PayMe (NO: Betalmeg) is DFØ’s self-service solution for contractors. This page gives info about how a new user is established in the system.

Expense reimbursement in the self-service portal

Expense reimbursements can now be registered in the self-service portal and sent to the workflow in the same way as travel accounts.
