The postdoctoral fellow and academic mentor are jointly responsible for filling out and submitting the Career Development Plan (CDP).

Improving your career development will help you stay competitive when it’s time to seek a promotion or apply for a new opportunity. With research and the help from mentor, you can set short-term and long-term goals and create a Career Development Plan (CDP) for achieving them. We kindly ask you to fill the CDP for postdocs and return to the department (head of administration) no later than 3 months after commencement of the postdoctoral period. The plan shall be archived together with the contract of employment.
