The Centre for Cancer Biomarkers (CCBIO) hosted June 11th its first Junior Scientist Symposium, and the second took place August 28th. There has been a great interest.
CCBIO arranges its annual symposium at Solstrand 25th-26th March 2014. This year the CCBIO symposium will be a combination of talks by invited international speakers and other senior researchers, extended poster sessions where younger researchers can present their work, and ample time for interaction between participants.
The title of the talk is "Long-lived plasma cells in Sjögrens syndrome"
Reidun will present "Phenotype of Epac1-deficient mice"
Tone and Olav will present exciting data from the PET study.
Frode is the leader of the Proteomics Unit at the University of Bergen (PROBE) and will talk about the "Application of Proteomics in Clinical Medicine and Research".
Professor Oberbauer from the Medical University of Vienna will talk about 'Systems biology of omics in kidney transplantation'
